Graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Lublin University of Technology. Holds a Quality Engineer certification issued by the American Society for Quality. He has over twenty years of experience in managing a large manufacturing plant and publicly traded companies. He worked for companies such as Tsubaki Nakashima and CS Cosmos Stihl Manufacturing, among others. He holds positions on the Supervisory Boards of several other companies.
